Lagree Method for Knee Health

The Lagree Method is great way to improve lower body strength, and endurance in a low impact environment. The Megaformer is designed to offer joints direction and support under resistance, creating the perfect environment to strengthen the muscles that support the knees, and train these muscles to work for long periods of time as they do during outdoor sports. The Lagree Method is also accessible to any fitness level as the exercises performed on the Megaformer can be modified, and stepped up in their challenge.
